โ๏ธ This week we’re heading back into the darkness of Mhach โ but with a lot more METAL! ๐ฅ
Husky by the Geek created a fantastic metal interpretation of the battle theme from The Weeping City of Mhach, and we couldn’t resist transforming his version into a full Final Fantasy XIV Bard Performance.
Deep within the Yafaem Saltmoor lie the ruins of Mhach, an ancient civilization of the Fifth Astral Era whose incredible mastery of destructive magic ultimately left behind something far darker than a forgotten city. ๐ฅ
Together with the Redbills, adventurers descend into its ruins in search of a relic of immense power. What awaits them is a journey through a city overrun by voidsent, ancient magicks and some rather memorable monsters. ๐นโ๏ธ
And towering over our performance is one of the raid’s most unforgettable encounters: Calofisteri, waiting at the end of the Weeping City with her rather… impressive hair. ๐
Husky’s heavy guitars give the theme a completely different energy, so converting his metal arrangement into something playable by our Lalafell Bard Band was a lot of fun. ๐ธโก๏ธ๐ป
